Who qualifies for home health services?

Patients may qualify for home health services if they have a physician’s order and require skilled care at home due to an illness, injury, surgery, or chronic medical condition.

Does insurance cover home health services?

Many home health services are covered through Medicare, Medicaid, VA benefits, Workers’ Compensation, or private insurance plans depending on eligibility and authorization requirements. We can help verify benefits and coverage.

Are your caregivers and nurses licensed?

Yes. All Care One employees are properly licensed, certified, insured, and trained according to Illinois state regulations and agency standards to ensure safe, high-quality care.

How quickly can services begin?

Our team works to coordinate care as quickly as possible. In many cases, services can begin within 24–48 hours after receiving the referral, physician orders, and required authorizations.

Can family members be involved in the patient’s care?

Absolutely. We believe family involvement is an important part of successful care. Our team works closely with patients and families to provide education, updates, and support throughout the plan of care.
