Roles

  • Provide skilled intermittent nursing visits to patients in the comfort of their homes while helping manage chronic conditions, medications, wound care, post-hospital recovery, and overall health needs. Care One offers flexible opportunities ranging from full-time case management positions to PRN supplemental scheduling to fit your career goals and lifestyle.

    Registered Nurses (RNs) & Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) welcome.

  • Provide individualized rehabilitation services to patients in the home setting to improve mobility, strength, safety, independence, and overall quality of life. Care One welcomes Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapists through both in-house and contract opportunities, with flexible scheduling options ranging from consistent caseloads to PRN supplemental visits.

  • Provide compassionate hands-on support to patients in the home setting through personal care, assistance with daily activities, companionship, and overall patient safety. Care One offers opportunities for CNAs and HHAs in both Home Health and Private Duty services, with flexible options ranging from intermittent visits to full-time, part-time, and PRN 1:1 patient care shifts.

  • Private Duty Nurses provide individualized 1:1 skilled nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Services focus on ongoing medical support, monitoring, treatments, and patient-specific care needs while promoting safety, comfort, and quality of life through flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities.

  • Caregivers and Companions provide non-medical support to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. Services may include companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, assistance with daily routines, transportation, and respite support for families. Flexible part-time and live-in opportunities available.
